Refund Policy

Damages and Returns

We want you to love your new artwork.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the exterior packaging and the artwork and contact us at sales@katherinegibsonart.com within 48 hours. We will manage the insurance claim and provide a replacement or refund.

  • Originals Returns: Due to the unique nature of original paintings, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

  • Prints Returns: As prints are custom-made to order, returns are only accepted in the case of a printing defect or transit damage.
